ACAP Strategic Fund Sets July Redemption Payment Date

ACAP Strategic Fund will distribute repurchase proceeds to redeeming shareholders on July 7, 2026. The fund accepted redemption requests submitted by the June 16, 2026 deadline, subject to a redemption cap of 25.0% of net asset value, or $2.66 billion. Final repurchase results have not yet been reported.
