Antares Strategic Credit Fund Oversubscribed Redemption

Antares Strategic Credit Fund reported final results of its redemption offer, which closed on June 11, 2026. Redemption requests totaled $204.32 million, representing 126.3% of the fund's $161.83 million maximum offer cap and exceeding the cap by 26.3%. The fund fulfilled requests on a pro rata basis at 72.6%, repurchasing $148.31 million in shares and paying shareholders on August 4, 2026.
