Cox Capital Retail Secondaries Fund I, LP is offering to buy up to 737,100 Class I shares of Apollo Debt Solutions BDC (ADS) at $20.35 per share in cash. That is a 14.6% discount to ADS's reported NAV of $23.84 as of August 31, 2026. The offer is voluntary and unaffiliated with Apollo, and it expires at 5:00 p.m. ET on November 14, 2026, unless extended. Shareholders who want to sell must return a signed Assignment Form before the deadline, and they can withdraw tendered shares until the offer expires.
