Ares Strategic Income Fund reported final results of its redemption offer period ended September 18, 2026, with redemption requests totaling $1.34 billion, representing 261.6% of the $510.55 million maximum offer amount. Demand exceeded the cap by $823.45 million, resulting in pro rata fulfillment at a rate of 38.2%. The fund repurchased $510.55 million in shares across its Class I, Class D, and Class S share classes.
