Blue Owl Credit Income Corp received redemption requests totaling $3.59 billion for its offer closing June 30, 2026, representing 374.6% of the $957.75 million maximum offer amount. The fund repurchased $955.02 million in shares on a pro rata basis, fulfilling 26.6% of each tendered request across its Class S, Class D, and Class I share classes. Payment was made on July 22, 2026.
