Based on SEC Form SC TO-I/A, Blue Owl Technology Income Corp received redemption requests for 40.4% of shares outstanding, and will fulfill on a pro rata basis 14.38% of tendered shares, which represents $169.4 million. The fund will pay shareholders with non-interest bearing promissory notes.
