Cascade Private Capital Fund will distribute repurchase proceeds to shareholders on June 5, 2026. The fund processed redemption requests through its May 29, 2026 cutoff date, subject to a redemption cap of 5.0% of net asset value, or $241.82 million. Investors who submitted valid repurchase requests by the deadline will receive their proceeds on the scheduled payment date.
