Cliffwater Enhanced Lending Fund Redemption Window Closes Soon

Cliffwater Enhanced Lending Fund shareholders have seven days remaining to submit redemption requests before the August 31, 2026 deadline. The fund offered to repurchase up to $389.98 million, or 5.0% of net asset value, in the current redemption window. Redemption requests received by the due date will be processed with a payment date of September 7, 2026.
