Denali Structured Return Strategy Fund Opens Redemption Window

Denali Structured Return Strategy Fund has opened its redemption window for the offering period beginning May 28, 2026 and closing June 18, 2026. The fund caps redemptions at 5.0% of net asset value, or $7.05 million, based on a current NAV of $140.90 million. Approved redemptions will be paid on June 25, 2026.
