Fairway Private Equity & Venture Capital Opportunities Fund opened a redemption window for Class I shares on July 31, 2026, with a submission deadline of September 25, 2026. The fund offered to repurchase up to 5.0% of net asset value, or a maximum of $1.36 million, based on a net asset value of $27.30 million.
