First Trust Enhanced Private Credit Fund will distribute repurchase proceeds to investors on July 7, 2026, following the close of its May 2026 repurchase offer on June 30, 2026. Investors who submitted repurchase requests by the June 30 deadline will receive their proceeds on the payment date.
