HarbourVest Private Investments Fund Opens Redemption Window

HarbourVest Private Investments Fund opened its redemption window on August 17, 2026, offering to repurchase up to 5.0% of net asset value, or a maximum of $34.11 million, from shareholders in Class A, Class D, and Class I shares. The offer closed on September 16, 2026. Final results of the redemption offer have not yet been reported.
