iDirect Private Markets Fund Opens Redemption Window

iDirect Private Markets Fund opened its redemption window on August 14, 2026, offering to repurchase up to 5.0% of net asset value, or a maximum of $65.10 million, from shareholders of Class A and Class I shares. The offer period closed on September 23, 2026. The fund's net asset value stood at $1.30 billion at the time of the offering.
