KKR FS Income Trust honored all redemption requests submitted during its June 2026 offering period, repurchasing $82.46 million in shares against a $1.65 billion net asset value. The redemption amount represented 5.0% of the fund's NAV, the full cap percentage offered for the period. All shareholders who submitted valid redemption requests by June 29, 2026 received full fulfillment of their requests.
