Nuveen Churchill Private Capital Income Fund to acquire Nuveen BDC V Fund

Nuveen Churchill Private Capital Income Fund (“PCAP”) and Nuveen Churchill BDC V (“BDC V”) announced that PCAP will acquire 100% of the assets and liabilities of BDC V at fair value. The transaction is expected to close in the 2Q 2026, and should increase scale, diversification, and efficiency.
