Oaktree Strategic Credit to Repurchase 6.8% of Outstanding Shares

Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund will repurchase 6.8% of the outstanding shares, fulfilling 100% of tender requests for the quarter. In doing so, Oaktree exercised its ability to purchase up to an additional 2.0% of the outstanding shares, a strong sign that the fund maintains ample liquidity.
