Princeton Everest Fund opened its redemption window on June 18, 2026, allowing shareholders to submit redemption requests through July 20, 2026. The fund capped redemptions at 5.0% of net asset value, or $6.82 million, based on a NAV of $136.48 million. All share classes—Class A, Class I, Class II, and Class L—are eligible to participate in the offering.
