Investors in Private Debt & Income Fund have seven days remaining to submit redemption requests before the July 30, 2026 deadline. The fund offered to repurchase up to $23.34 million, or 5.0% of its $466.87 million net asset value, during this redemption window for Class I shares. Redemption requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
