Private Debt & Income Fund Redemption Window Opens

Private Debt & Income Fund has opened its redemption window for Class I shares, effective through July 30, 2026. The fund caps redemptions at 5.0% of net asset value, or $23.34 million, with a net asset value of $466.87 million as of the offering date of June 18, 2026. Approved redemptions will be paid on September 3, 2026.
