Ares Strategic Income Fund Fulfills All Redemptions

Ares Strategic Income Fund honored all redemption requests submitted during its quarterly tender offer period ending June 18, 2026. The fund repurchased $525.18 million in shares across Class I, Class D, and Class S, representing 5.0 percent of its $10.50 billion net asset value. All shareholders who requested redemption received full payment of their redemption requests.
