Ares Strategic Income Fund Redemption Payment Due

Ares Strategic Income Fund will distribute $533.65 million in repurchase proceeds to investors on June 26, 2026. The fund repurchased shares tendered during its May 20, 2026 tender offer, which received $1.54 billion in redemption requests against a 5.0% cap of the fund's net asset value. Payments will be made to shareholders of Class I, Class D, and Class S.
